For as long as I can remember, I’ve been chasing big dreams — first as a figure skater, then as a corporate professional, and later as a bodybuilder. Skating was my first love, and even when my parents said lessons were “too expensive,” I never let go. I practiced in my living room, on frozen ponds, and eventually made it onto the ice as a coach — proof that determination can rewrite the rules.
When I stepped into corporate life, I pushed just as hard. But the long hours, endless commute, and constant stress took a toll. My body rebelled — inflammation, food sensitivities, and fatigue became my “normal.” That struggle led me to nutrition and meal prep, where I began to heal and regain my energy.
Then came the next challenge: perimenopause. Despite “doing everything right,” I faced sudden weight gain, mood swings, brain fog, and exhaustion. My body wasn’t responding the way it used to — and I felt betrayed. But instead of giving up, I discovered a new way: working with my body, not against it.
That’s when Anywhere Fit was born. I took everything I’d learned — from the discipline of skating, the resilience of bodybuilding, and the lessons of my own hormone and metabolism journey — and created a system that empowers women to be themselves — leaders, wives, partners, mothers, friends & powerhouses in every part of life… without sacrificing themselves in the process.
